Paying Your Rent

Paying your rent on time is extremely important not only to be secure in the home you are living in but to protect your rental history and credit rating. Under the Residential Tenancies Act you are required to pay your rent by the date noted on the schedule in your lease and it must always be paid in advance. Should you have any difficulties in paying your rent please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Pay by Advantage Card- Your Property Manager will provide you with further information when you have been accepted (see website for further information https://www.advantagecard.net.au/ )
  • Pay by Rental Rewards- Your  Property Manager will provide you with further information when you have been accepted (see website for further information https://rentalrewards.com.au/)
  • Electronic Transfer – Either your Property Manger or anyone at our office can provide you with the correct account details
